The Physical Education program at Einstein combines principles from Project Adventure (play hard, play fair, play safe) and the CATCH program (Coordinated Approach to Child Health). This includes learning basic sports skills in soccer, basketball, floor hockey, gymnastics, volleyball and tennis. We also swim indoors and use a LifeFitness track in warmer weather. Our overall focus is on coordination, strength and endurance, leading us to our goal of learning how to be healthy and have fun.
Our access to the facilities of the Siegel JCC, including the indoor pool, gymnasium, and outdoor courts for volleyball, soccer, tennis and basketball allows us to keep our activities diverse and weather-appropriate.
